I have requested the City of Oxnard allow me the opportunity to volunteer my time in the Museum in order to increase my level of appreciation of art and museum practices. As a volunteer for the City of Oxnard and the Museum, I understand that I am neither eligible for, nor shall receive, Workers' Compensation benefits for any injury of injuries that I may incur while performing my volunteer services.
